Notes: 

1) The relay can be any kind of similar type and pinout;
   I used 14 AXICOM MT2 C93432. The original F5IKI mod used 
   the GOODSKY GS-212SH relay.

2) The BAS16 MELF type seem very difficult to find. I had some
   problems soldering SOT23 diodes so I used some unidentified
   general purpose diodes recovered from the logic board of a
   DVD Player I found from trash :) For the relay boards I used
   1N4004 diodes, in MELF case.
